the staff seem pleasant and helpful. The ward is clean, but my niece,who we were visiting,is gluten intolerant and lactose intolerant. That rather limits her diet and more choice would be good she says. She has been prevented from charging her phone in the ward, so provision of PAT tested chargers for common phone types would be helpful.
