A+E was wonderful , can't fault it .Staff were kind , and everything felt organised and safe .After surgery I went to ward 9 for a night ,that seemed fine .Following day I got sent to the overspill beds in the day case unit .Again ,I didn't mind were I was ,as I was grateful they had sorted out my painful health problem .My bed was right behind the curtain by the corridor .Staff would stand and discuss patients in this corridor , poke a bit of fun and comment on their bodies for example in a derogatory manner.Very unkind and unprofessional. Very unsettling to hear and witness this behaviour from so called professionals. I am thankful for the surgical care I recieved .But I won't recommend this hospital to anyone .
