Never once was I asked or my religious and spirituality brought up in conversation... Plus my appointment was cancelled and I waited a long time for a replacement appointment. I attended this health check as I was told it needed to be done before I could then be referred to the psychiatric team, since my visit I am still yet to hear about an appointment for my original medical problem. We are almost 6 months since my original G.P appointment which I find is unacceptable and shambolic especially when I've been suicidal and in the depths of depression.

Suggested improvements
Just communicate more I still have had no communication regarding my original problem at my G.P appointment I'm still mentally unstable and I have no idea when I will be seen by the psych team. When your G.P practice tells you via text not to contact them unless in an absolute emergency what are you ment to do ..... I've just given up.
