[name removed] was very friendly and respectful. He listened carefully to my health issue & gave me appropriate information to help me, answering my questions. He was able to offer support & advice as needed & suggested a direct route to receive further support if needed in the future. It would have been helpful to have someone available to speak to at reception on arrival as the touch screen booking in system didn’t recognise me although someone came through and spoke to me within 5 minutes of arrival so that was appreciated.
