Totally patient focused whether from staff or course materials. Safely paramount and group sessions felt friendly and inclusive.

Suggested improvements
Parts of the treatment were hampered by covid and the inability to have face to face contact as a group lost some ability or feedback as a group zoom does not compensate.

We would agree that the arrangements we had to make during Covid did not suit everyone. However. we have returned to face to face, but are better placed to offer virtual appointments if more suitable. Best wishes, Hugh Jones, Patient Experience Manager
