I felt heard, listened to and understood. I feel the advice I was given was very good and helpful as this meant I understood my own position better and also the help/assistance my employer could and should provide to support me. I’m able to progress at work with more confidence that I’m entitled to support and this is of huge importance for me, not just for my prospects in my job but also for my own mental health/wellbeing.
