Messages ignored. No action taken. No support given. Caused more stress and distress to myself and more unnecessary work for GP.

Suggested improvements
Taken a note of messages. Rebooked appointment as requested. Letter for appointment sent so it arrived before the actual day before the appointment. Updating records to show contact number. Ignoring messages to rebook appointment another message to contact me to receive a letter to say I hadn’t been in contact when I had tried 3 times. I now have to try again to call and be ignored or write to probably be ignored again
