Some carers are really kind, some just kind. They treated my (husband) well but some treatment need were{ } shared with me. I needed a list (Still do) of what I need the purchase.

Suggested improvements
Inform my (husband) what was happening at all times. Do not rely on taking the patient and assume they will tell family.

Response from Isebrook Hospital

Involvement of and communication with family is a vital part of care. I am sorry if has not happened enough. I have sent your comment to the ward manager to discuss with staff. Best wishes, Hugh Jones, Patient Experience Manager
