I’ve been trying to get help from you guys for over three years and still haven’t had any meaningful treatment. In which time my mental health has just spiralled out of control to the point where I’m on Lorazepam daily and have been for the past two years plus Really feel let down completely by the mental health services, to the point now, where I have just so come to the realisation that I won’t be able to get any help,

Suggested improvements
I was never involved with any decisions that were made about me. Lies were peddled about me in the background, and when I was confronted about them they were the first heard about them. Your system had a lot of inaccuracies regarding me on it as well so people are making decisions on inaccuracies that didn’t even apply to me. When I raised a concern about how long it would been taking for me to get any help, I was provided with an email, basically saying it was all my fault and that really destroyed me inside, The amount of inaccuracies in that email that was just making it out to be all my fault. I don’t even have the energy anymore to try and correct all the things that are wrong. I really hope you can actually help some other people in the future, and I know now that you don’t have the facilities to help me Kind regards
