i feel abandoned by the mental health team and the trust as a whole. i am receiving absolutely no treatment, care or support despite regularly bringing this to the attention of the MHT and the Trust. Despite this I feel totally ignored, dismissed, seen as of no consequence and that no-one can be bothered to do anythingabout it. Everyone is dismissive and uncaring and there is no support. I have been left like this all year in spite of repeated appeals for therapy and support but they always fall on deaf ears. all they want to do is promote soulless and anonymous useless stopgap "crisis" services in place of proper therapy & support by staff known to the patient. Trained, therapeutic and continuity. Instead like everything it's outsourced, put in a spreadsheet so admin can collect their shiny badges & bonuses and tick all the right boxes - patient care doesn't matter as long as they can meet all their targets and save 5% on the budget.

Suggested improvements
well you couldn't do anything much worse. no provision of therapy, no support, failure of crisis support, very poor response to complaints, the service seems to be run for the benefit of staff rather than the patients - i think the priorities need rethinking
