After they initial assessment - that had to be repeated 4 times to different people until it finally landed at there correct person’s desk - I have had absolutely NO contact from the care team at all. Considering the issue and problems with which I have been having to deal with on a daily basis I find the complete lack of care to be appalling. This direct give me any confidence for the future - be that either actually receiving any care or that I may have taken my own life whilst waiting for months and months, years and years...

Suggested improvements
There very least you could have done was to just get in touch and let me know what was happening. Even if right now that is nothing, it would have let me know that I had not been forgotten instead of feeling completely dumped and left outside in the cold.

Thank you for your feedback - we're sorry you have experienced this. Communication is paramount and we will ensure this is fed back to the team to give regular updates. We are currently working through our waiting lists for outpatient appointments. Service users can utilise our duty system for telephone support.
