Couple night staff are a bit grumpy

Thank you for your review. We are discussing the roles of night staff at our next ward meeting and will note your comment. Rehab happens over a 24 hour period and we expect staff to be professional and caring throughout all the shifts, we rotate our staff through all our shifts.
