My mum Jean was very well looked after in Ward H in the six weeks she was there
The consultant took time to explain certain medications and procedures both to my mum and to me
The room was wiped daily and my mum was kept very clean
There was a genuine display of affection
Thanks to catering and cleaning staff f your patience
To Dougie f his kindness and compassion
The physio f his patience and kind words on hearing of my mums passing
