Excellent service through out The service my daughter received was second to none. The midwife Helen was amazing, compassionate and very helpful I cannot thank the team enough for the care my daughter received. One thing that could be improved massively . My daughter had a 26 hour labour The delivery room she was in had no decent furniture that allows for sleep or rest for the birthing partner. The room had two vey uncomfortable rocking chairs which were very hard. No good what so ever. It also has a small bench to sit on however again very uncomfortable - sleep was desperately needed whilst waiting for the birth to happen and due to a very long labour but there was no facilities to support this. The room was very cold and even the midwife was cold. I asked for the heating to be put on as I was chilled to the bone but was advised they could not alter the centralized system. I was so very cold I ended up using the babys blanket to try to keep warm. Overall the service was exceptional but the room was badly furnished
