I feel more than looked after as a pleasant, feel cared for and me, and even loved. All the staff here seem to have so much time for me.
Suggested improvements
One volunteer came to talk to me and pointed to the Lidocane patches on my knee and asked me what I would done to my knee. I told her I had bone cancer she asked me if the rumours were sticking out of myknees.

Caring staff kept us informed at all times, especially prior to treatment or change in treatment. It was always driven by the patients desires. First class!

we were kept informed at all times and Rachel was very clear. We felt our relative was being well looked after at all stages in the discharge

The Nursing home staff caring for our Dad didn't seem to know that the Hospice would be involved once he had arrived. we were very glad they were involved and could help the staff with his care
