we were kept informed at all times and Rachel was very clear. We felt our relative was being well looked after at all stages in the discharge

The Nursing home staff caring for our Dad didn't seem to know that the Hospice would be involved once he had arrived. we were very glad they were involved and could help the staff with his care

Because it would be hard to beat, experience you cannot doubt. When you press the bell they come straight away always there for you. Cleaners, good, chefs food nice.
