Each nurse was kind, sensitive, responsive to not only to dad’s needs but to our too.
The team came quickly when we requested top up meds.
The CNS were brilliant- I ts not easy to put into words, how good they all were.
Suggested improvements
It would be useful to understand how and when the hospice service kicks in and understood the difference with hospice at home- hospice initially care felt disjointed between service, but this was reflection on hospice care- more reflective or a broken system.
