Incredible service was provided to our family by the hospice team. They helped my granddad have a peaceful and dignified last few days of life at home with his family where he wanted to be. The whole team have been amazing. The service made a challenging and unknown time for the family to feel supported and guided while keeping grandads wishes at the forefront. As a family the support was more than we could have hoped for. Each hospice nurse came in and were so kind caring engaged and provided person centred care to grandad but also the whole family. I have no words to express as a family grateful we are that your support enabled us to provide family led care to grandad. He was an incredible, witty, clever, interesting and interested family man and much loved and I know he would have thought the world of you all. Keep doing what you’re doing and the biggest thanks you.
