Everything was fantastic about the state of care I was given, the only thing that could improve is their staffing when it comes to confirming/rebooking appointments - I had issues early on due to having one staff member that could only complete my booking of surgery. Due to this, I was passed around like a yo-yo over the phone, however, once I had the surgery date everything was smooth sailing.
