Our friend was sent straight to AAU we were greeted by friendly staff, who treated us with respect and care. What could be improved? Possibly able to provide a bed sooner, but do understand how busy this dept is.

When admitted I do not believe any more care could have been taken and all the staff are very friendly.

This was my 2nd operation in 2 weeks and the care I have received on both occasions has been fantastic from all staff, ward clerks, housekeepers, HCA's and nurses. I cannot thank you enough! As a healthcare worker myself I was initially nervous about being an inpatient so to do it twice I was really nervous - you have allayed all my fears by the care you have provided.

Continuous assessments, tests etc.
Nursing staff always cheerful and ready to listen if required. Very professional. Only issue is answering very personal questions in public area for admittance form. Very difficult when everyone can't help but listen. Sadly! Otherwise excellent!
