Wonderful kind, compassionate consultant.
Put me at ease and very professional.
Couldn't ask for better thank you Hager and trusted you implicitly.
Anaesthetist- Umor was so lovely, explained everything clearly, kind, reasoning, wonderful, thank you.
The nurse who looked after pre surgery should have explained a bit better what was happening and when could have been better as added to uncertainty and servers.
All other nurses were stars.

Day staff good always popping in. Thurs night staff a bit lax. I was moved to a single room in preparation for the following days patients. Door was shut and I seemed to be forgotten about.

From surgeon across to cleaners they have been wonderful. They have made my stay a very pleasant experience and I couldn't have asked for more. Their care instilled confidence in me. Five star rating. Thank you all. No improvement required.
