The staff on Birch Ward were all very good, i.e kind, friendly, caring. Always greeted us with a smile and good morning, afternoon/evening. Always there very quickly if we pressed our buzzers. Can't really think of any faults. I felt happy and safe in their hands and enjoyed my stay. I thank them all very much!
