The best thing about my care on the acute trauma and theatre unit was the kindness, respect and good humor shown to all patients by every member of staff I came across. Nothing was seen as "too much trouble", staff were attentive, friendly and conscious of different patients needs. The ward is cleaned well and very regularly. Staff cleaned well and very regularly. Staff clean their hands before dealing with each patient and I cannot fault their professionalism.
