Very compassionate even under pressure.
Organised with obs and drugs rounds.
So kind to the old and infirm.
Really worked as a team and supported each other.
Sometimes handovers were a little light on information.
I don't think you could improve when you are so under pressure. I felt totally looked after and you were always in control. I felt safe and supported medically and emotionally and physically.
