My family member was transferred to this Ward from another area of the hospital. I was astonished at the attitude of the nurses receiving new patients from other wards. On arrival there was obviously hostility to the nurses transferring these patients, which led to a very distressing and unpleasant experience for the patients.
These issues need to be resolved between staff and not take place in front of patients!
An example of poor patient care, and one I hope never to witness again.
