The nursing staff were great certainly caring and compassionate and understood it was a worrying time and did ever thing they could to put our minds at rest. The ward was pleasant clean but also quietly and discreetly efficient.

I was horrified to see how unreasonable some patients can be. I think the staff on Jersey ward have amazing patience in dealing with these unruly and unappreciative people. For me I have nothing but admiration for the staff. The food is awful however.

Hillingdon Hospital has treated me very well, The staff were helpful and kind. The cleanliness of the Hospital could be improved by regular checks being done by management of the cleaning team, not expect the nurses to do it. They are very busy at all times. My stay in Hayes ward was made all the better by all the staff.
