Very helpful indeed Explained though out and kepted simple After the initial phone consult appropriate sheet Re exercise was sent. Easy to follow step by step. Dates and times giving for more phone consults At the end if every consult. Overall very pleased. My shoulder was very painful but after following The exercises and advice gradually I have more movement in it Thank you all x
