This is hard to answer , as it didn't have a high degree of relevance for this particular treatment or health matter

Suggested improvements
Better time keeping for appointments On.my first appointment started 20 minutes later than expected. Today my appointment was almost on time started at 8.55am , but the actual start time was 8.45am
