I felt listened to and time was taken by [name removed] to fully explain the anatomy and physiology and treatments that would help to reduce pain and increase mobility. The treatment plan given felt achievable and advice on how to manage daily living tasks very practical. I felt apprehensive about the consultation being by telephone but it did not detract in any way.

I was advised to ring back if the treatment plan was not helping or anything had changed and I was happy with this.
