[name removed] was amazing, very through, listened and involved me. His knowledge was very evident and he was able to communicate this is a way that was easy to understand
I have 4 given 4 stars for the question about timely information as i believe I was going to be emailed a treatment plan which has not yet been received, but that's probably an IT issue.
