[name removed] worked with us for about a year (my son) on the level of care and support received is great. { } felt comfortable, included, respected with dignity at all times.
Suggested improvements
Not sure. He did more than expected.
(When we could not attend appointment offered advice on alternative (virtual/phone) and emails to keep up with exercises).
