I have attended the Early Entry section in the urology Dept. On three different occasions.I have to admit ,on each occasion I was very uptight and apprehensive about what was going to happen.But I must say that all the nursing staff and doctors were first class and quickly reassured me .Every thing was carried out quickly and efficiently and all my, no doubt , stupid questions were answered No matter how trivial the question
All in all what was to me a very fraught situation was carried out in a calm and professional manner
I must add a special mention for the two nurses who assisted at my procedure both somehow manage to distract you while the procedure goes ahead.I did not get their names all I know is one nurse has a pet cat
