From the moment I started to go to this hospital for the first tests , I felt it was very easy to find my way around and where I was , the information given with locations and time , was excellent .
On the moment of admission the day before the operation , for me been the first time in a hospital and worried of the upcoming operation , the welcoming staff , the friendly but professional and reassuring caring way they treated me was really good as it made me feel confident in my new surroundings .
I would really like to thank and totally recommend all the staff at Florence Ward , for the care and dedication they showed , not just to me but to everyone there , as the 5 days I was hospitalized I realized the amount of non stop work this professional provided in the most welcoming and humanly way possible, thank you all .
