On social care they never stop looking to see if any thing that they could do.
They always search and search and only stop when myself and they know and got what is best for me. My only regret is I left it too long to get referred.

The care I received from Amy was very good. She made sure I understand everything and took everything at my pace. I left feeling so much better, physically and mentally. There is nothing she could improve on.

The beds were uncomfortable, medication should be administered earlier at bedtime.
The food was bland and should be more traditional.
The staff were very kind and friendly always on call.
My time at the hospice was pleasant. Physio were very encouraging Thank you.

I couldn't say how to improve the care I received because everything was already superb.
The staff were very friendly. My own pallitive care nurse was brilliant she's very kind, caring and so supportive. If other patients receive the same treatment and support as I did, then hopefully half their battles are already won. The pallitive team can't do enough for you. If you need it, they get it for you. Nothing seems to be out of their reach to help you. They are marvelous. They care very much about their patients because it shows in this "Aupa" of compassion that seems to encompass them. I'm glad and extremely very grateful to have been looked after by them. Thank you all.
