I had wonderful care - my Councillor was respectful, understanding, supportive and I felt at ease. I lost my 16 years old son.
I honestly do not think I would still be alive if it was not for Linda. She was my lifeline.
Thanks to her my understanding of my situation and life in general is much more positive and I am a better person for my family.
My father passed away in March. I have recently completed a survey.
The support and service from your team was exemplary.

Many thanks for your feedback; we will pass on your thanks to John.
Nothing in my opinion, my palliative carer is the best, please look after her and don't let her go because she's been such blessing in very bad moments.
The staff were always caring and accommodating but detailed instructions regarding food and personal care were not passed on to staff working subsequent shifts.
My care did all my husband wanted from life. The parking was not easy at times.
Not at al, my physio therapist is lovely she has been involved and always calling me to check on me how I'am.
This is not a complaint but we has to ask the nursing staff for information updates regarding my dads treatment only saw doctor once whilst we were there.
The atmosphere at the hospice is very calm and friendly. I am very grateful for my dads fare and enclose a donation for pound 200.
The nurses are the most caring and amazing nurses and carers we have came across. The support and comfort they provide is immense.
My father has a lift of energy when he sees them and they all actively make conversation and lift his sprites up.
So many actors and sports people are awarded MBE's, OBE's and knighthoods. I thoroughly believe each of the nurses that looked after my father, deserve a knighthood.
The team had vast knowledge about palliative care and patient needs. Also the advice given, suggestions and comfort talk given was amazing.
I cannot thank them enough.
