Greenwich and Bexley Hospice provided at home hospice care for my grandmother shortly before her death. The carers and nursing staff were absolutely incredible and we will never be able to thank them enough for the care and compassion they showed for my grandmother to make her as comfortable as possible at the end of her life. The support we received from them as a family went above and beyond what we would have ever expected.
