Staff were friendly and caring. Doctors explained in a clear manner always happy to answer questions. No side supports on beds. Mum had to be lowered to floor and facing the wall not able to talk to other patients. Although my mum could be hoisted into a recliner chair for 2,3 hours she was in bed all weeks which made it quite isolating for her. Thankful for the respite facilities overall. Without this I could not continue to look after my mum at home as she has severe mobility issues.
