When all agencies/departments were involved. experience of the service was positive
Suggested improvements
Getting information from other agencies/departments much sooner so that palliative care service becomes involved a lot earlier (eg with IPF in an ageing pensioner, info could be sent from GP/A&E, Consultants as a "heads up")
