I didn't know what to expect when I came I was so surprised - very positive place everyone was so kind, thoughtful, helpful and positive. I am so happy to be involved I look forward to Thursdays.
I had expected a bit down place and I thought I would go for a week or so - but no its good and I would recommend it. I had a job adjusting to the news there is nothing more they can do for me - a big downer but having met so many positive people. I have sorted myself out and I am on a better level and enjoying life a lot more. Thanks to all the people staff - supporters - members. And I have had a lot of support from medical staff. Changed tablets etc.
