I was met and treated for the removal of a cancerous mole. Dr Chris Heaton and his Nurse Ann were both friendly and very informative making sure i was feeling ok as they saw i was a little apprehensive about the procedure.
Each step of the procedure was carried out with my feelings in mind and i felt very comfortable and at ease.
The care of my wound was explained well and the after care was amazing.
Nurse Ann called me later in the day to see how i was and stated that the Dr had expressed a need for me to return in a week so that my wound could be assessed in its healing process, this was due to the size of the mole removed.
I appreciated that call and the whole experience in the Hospital today.
