The only problem with the Health Centre is it is impossible to book an appoinment to see a Doctor on it website

I was very impressed with the efficiency, friendliness, timing & general care of all staff My visit was faultless. If all hospital departments were ran this way we would all be very satisfied indeed. The down side however is that it took ( 11 months) from the request to see an eye specialist until this visit. Mrs Sheila Fisher

I was astounded by number of people standing in the reception waiting room due to lack of seating/too many patients and escorts all attending at the same time. I understand there may be a medical/clinical need to assess the patients and prioritise them. Would it be more practical to stagger the attendance time by the hour. This would considerably ease congestion in the waiting room and outside the hospital where large numbers of cars are seeking parking places. By nature of the medical condition being addressed, the greater number of the patients are elderly. It was a matter of concern to see so many elderly people without seats.
