All the people who dealt with my sister nurses therapists doctor admin showed the utmost care and concern combined with great professionalism.

I genuinely have great difficulty thinking of how Lindas care and treatment could have been improved. The people working in days ward are incredibly dedicated.

98% of care handled excellently. Always treated with dignity and respect.

Discharge communication initially between therapists and doctor. E.G. doctor wasn't aware therapists were planning discharge 2 weeks ago. Family were not informed that it's towel wash only and not shower. We had to push for commode with wheels. We feel he has worsened somewhat, not as mobile, again this was not communicated to us.

Ordering arrangements for meals and arrange of food, both poor, chosen items often not recieved.
