Friendly calm environment, all staff caring, accommodating and professional. Good examples of personalized/individualized care. Special thanks to Voltaire, Carol and Rosemary.
Suggested improvements
Longer waiting area - particularly to comply with protected meal times.
Consider additional therapy space to allow family to continue therapies outside of therapist sessions.
