Ward staff good - although obviously busy, they responded to my needs & were caring,
Improvement - Since my stay was over a weekend, waited most of a day & into the evening before being visited by a doctor.
If the doctor (who was pleasant & efficient) had been available earlier I could have been discharged, thus freeing up a bed & staff.

The nursing staff were excelent.
The only critisism would be after being here 10 days on going up dates on progress information.
The condition of the bathroom tap running the wet flooring wet seal in poor condition.

The care staff were all fantastic doctors, carers, and domestics, nothing was too much trouble.
With having a number of bits of information given to me everything was explained in great detail.
The only thing was the waiting for other departments and appointments, which was out of this departments control.
My only critism was the weekend and the frustration of the phone not being picked up when one ward sister was on duty. Unfortunately I was waiting on an appointment and this can be very frustrating.
