I went to Gloucester Royal A&E. I was seen within ten minutes by a triage nurse, then treated after around another five minutes or so, brilliant. Your staff were friendly, professional and did their job very well. Thank you very much. If going to hospital with serious health concerns can be classed as pleasant, then it was indeed so.
