Summer was admitted direct to the ward following a diagnosis of type 1 diabetes, all the staff on the ward were lovely and address and included summer as an individual. special thanks goes to Staff Nurse Cerri, who really put summer at easy. I would also like to thank Fiona from the dietitans department and Sam from the diabetic team, they put us at ease straight away and really supported us along with Dr Matthai.
