The care I received was outstanding by the nurse who looked after me today, she was very professional, caring and treated me with respect at all times. The consultant Dr Shah was kind considerate and very caring,he listened to my concerns and answered any questions that I had putting me at ease. When I entered the consulting room I was very nervous, but both the nurse and the Dr made me feel important and not just a number. I felt that my
consultation was excellent. Communication was outstanding.
