I suffer from severe chronic pain, during my appt I mentioned I had to return two days later for another appt. Knowing how much pain that would cause me, Sarah Lane went and spoke to the other person i was coming back to see, explained my position and arranged for me to be seen the same day so I would be spared the pain that would be caused by another visit.
