I felt that I was given the care I needed by friendly, polite and helpful staff with just the right amount of humour I needed. It was my first, and hopefully my last, experience of being an in-patient and the professional way I was handled made me feel as comfortable as I could've been.
I felt I could have been more informed about why I was being tested for vital signs and why I needed anti-biotics and other injections but I am more than happy to accept that the pressure staff are under to deal with so many patients who all require unique care has an impact on this and I don't feel it's a big issue.
Thanks to everyone who cares for me in 3a and to all of the staff who I met from the time I entered the hospital
