1. Still having the heating on in this weather is both ridiculous & costly.
2. Whilst the smokefree policy is valid,pragmatism must be used. Put up a couple of shelters awsy from the entrances. That will stop the fumes getting to the buildings and stop the mess on the floor which,again, is a cost.
3. The care was perfect.
